Low Skibeden is one mile east of Skipton, situated just off the A65 eastern by-pass – see directions.

Surrounded by open countryside and having lovely views, the house stands on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and yet is close to the centre of this attractive old town with its open air markets, Skipton castle and canal basin.

Bed and Breakfast at Low Skibeden House

Drive and park at Low Skibeden House where a warm and friendly reception awaits you from Heather Simpson. On arrival you will be served with tea or coffee and cakes.

Traditional Yorkshire hospitality is offered, with a hearty farmhouse breakfast of fruit juice, cereals, English cooked selection, toast, tea or coffee.

Home from home comforts, little luxuries and fireside treats are provided at no extra charge.

  • One double en-suite bedroom from £40 per person per night
  • One twin en-suite bedroom from £40 per person per night

There is an additional separate toilet on first floor. Single occupancy of any room is from £40 to £50 per night.

The house has a visitors' lounge with TV and a separate dining room. It is open all year, and has central heating and electric over blankets Oct - May.

Supper time drinks are served at 9.30pm. Early morning tea facilities are provided in all rooms and use of phone if required.

At Low Skibeden safe car parking spaces are provided for the exclusive use of guests.
